More Reports now available!
We have four new reports, detailed below. Reports are critical to getting access to aggregate data and insights, as well as bringing data into other systems. Let us know if think there’s a reporting missing.
By Project, Detailed Asset Request Report: use this report to export a table containing all active assets with a summary of their current request alongside their project and supplier details.
By Project, Detailed Quote Report: use this report to export a table containing all of your organization’s quote activity, organized by Project and Supplier, showing the dates they were sent, responded to, and which Supplier contact received them.
By Project, Quote Scorecard: use this report to export a summary of Request and Quote activity, grouped by Project. This report contains metrics breaking down how many RFQs are sent on average, and how responsive Suppliers are to those Requests.
By User, Summary of Key Activity: use this report to export a summary of all users in your Renter account, including contact information and recent account activity.

- Requests: increased functionality of the Review & Notes stage of a Request so that it now shows existing reviews for a supplier branch, and allows Renter admins to overwrite those reviews.
- Usage Reporting: this screen now shows the last usage value and the report date on screen, giving Renter users a better view into usage data and helping to spot inconsistencies.
